Michele Alexander has been providing services to the elderly since 1984. She holds a masters degree from Hunter College School of Social Work. Her professional experience includes working with the Alzheimer’s Association, hospice social work, home care, and as the Director of Social Services and Discharge Planning at a local nursing home. Michele also serves on the professional advisory committee of a nationwide home care agency and performs peer review for other social workers.

Maxine attended University of Hartford where she majored in Health Sciences and Human Services. She has worked with the elderly since 1994. Her experience includes nursing home admissions and working closely with families and clients on issues including Medicare, Medicaid and long term care insurance. She maintains quality control and is very instrumental in the client and caregiver matching process.
